- Ability to work respectfully with participants, families and other members of the support team
- Commitment to supporting participant choice, independence and individual goals
- Previous experience in disability support or a related field is valued
What You Will Need
If you are successful in joining our team, you will need to provide the following documents and complete the required checks and training before commencing work with Your Journey Starts Here.
- Driver’s licence – front and back
- Current car insurance
- Current car registration
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Infection Prevention and Control certificate
- Required NDIS training module certificates
- A recent headshot photo for your Your Journey Starts Here ID badge
